Decide on keeping this quartzite and using it everywhere else (or at least matching new materials to it) or replacing with a more 'asain' style pathway and usgin those same materials for other paths and the lanai to bring the exterior together and give it a more asian feel.

Current water feature either says, gets upgraded, or removed.

Waterfeature(s) definitly a part of new landscape design around the property... in front entrance for sure and either here or somewhere else. East Spa Garden may have something too.
