Hoping to put upper lanais in (checking on 50% ground coverage limits and current coverage).

Put small garden sitting area in front yard for the South Bedroom. Sliding doors added where windows are in this room.

Remove row of bush-plants in front of dining room. The lower windows will be clear glass and we want beautiful garden to river views from in the Tatami Room's 'floor level views' for sure.
