Discussing major change to roofline here.

Creating a gabled roof that opens up the lanai and views from inside the house considerably.

Can stay with current roof materials and lines or go with a more asian material and roofline.

Major consideration here is to keep the views for the master bathroom windows if possible.

Small lanai may be added (if posible) off of the FRONT of the master bathroom that is visable in this photo.

Lanai area total remodel.

All windows on this side of the house being redone (doors added possibly).

Landscaping removed in front of dining/tatami room. A more japanese=style garden places here and more flow design from house to river.
