This can become a nice little garden/sitting area for the downstairs South bedroom.

Sliding doors can be added with long louver windows on either side (to keep ventilation that is so necessary).

This will be a really simple and nice addition to the house.

Allowing for guests in this room to have a private entrance and sitting area.
