This is going to look a lot different.

The Shoji Screen sliding doors will replace the bar to create 'wall' for Washitsu that can be closed or opened up easily.

The wall that currently houses the security and phone/internet station will come out if possible as will the wall behind it which creates the 'hallway enterance' into the North bedroom.

Opening up the flow to the stairway as much as possible.

Changes to the soffit will make a big difference here too.

And of course the kitchen counter goes and replaced with gorgeous new island.
