This view is going to look so differnt.

The center wall will come out and be replaced by kitchens social/cooking bar area.

The wall currently used for phones & security camera will come out and view will be more to stairs ascending to 2nd floor.

Bathroom 'view' corrider will be created so when doors are open, you will see out into the E Garden.

Bar separating corridor and dining area will become Shoji screen wall for Tatami Room.

Remove soffits from living areas OR remove wood trim and round all edges and corners and treat just like walls (plaster) to open & lighten things up. Update lighting to bounce/move light throughout the space.
